- What is ShareYourLove.com about?

- How often should I come back to ShareYourLove.com?
As often as you can – hey 20 times a day! There are always new ‘loves’ to be seen and every image view will be raising money for WaterAid.
- How much money do you give to charity?
We give 60% of all website revenue to our charity partner WaterAid. 40% of website revenue is used to pay our operating expenses and further grow ShareYourLove.com through technology upgrades and promotion.
- How much am I giving if I view 10 images?
We estimate how much 10 views is worth based on last months website revenue. As such you will see the amount fluctuate in line with our traffic.
- Why are the donations so small? 1 cent isn’t very much?
The donations are small due to low global advertising rates that fund our donations. BUT the cents add up to make a big difference when we have millions of visitors. That’s why it’s important for you to tell everyone about ShareYourLove.com.
- Why are the donations sometimes in strange amounts i.e. 1.20 cents per 10 image views? Why not just make it 1 cent?
Our traffic and advertising rates fluctuate from month to month, therefore our donation rate also changes. We have made a commitment to donate 60% of all website revenue to WaterAid and this means sometimes the amount donated for 10 image views is not a round number.
- What currency are the donations?
At the moment donations shown are in Australian dollars. We plan to show the totals raised in your local currency soon.
- How much are we trying to raise in total?
To start with, our goal is to raise $1 million for WaterAid and then the sky is the limit... The more we raise as a giving community the more lives we save.
- Can I donate directly to ShareYourLove.com?
Not right now, but soon we will have direct donation functionality. If you would like to donate directly to ShareYourLove please email contact@shareyourlove.com.

Why did you choose the global water crisis as your cause?
Because water is something most of us take for granted BUT 884 million people in the world don’t have access to safe water. This issue is also compelling because with money and resources the global water crisis is preventable.
- Can I choose to donate to another charity?
Not presently but we plan to open up the site to more charities in the future.
- Are there restrictions to what images I can upload?
Yes – in summary please don’t upload anything that is;
- Inappropriate, offensive, obscene, threatening, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, defamatory, or appearing confidential
- Being false or misleading
- Discriminatory in nature
- How do I share images with my friends or family?
Simply use the “copy direct link” function on each image page and send the link to your friends OR use the share buttons below each image to upload to Facebook, Twitter or 200+ other sites
- How do I advertise on ShareYourLove.com?
Advertising funds our donations so it’s extremely important to us. We have various advertising and sponsorship options. Please email us for details contact@shareyourlove.com
- Can I sponsor sections of ShareYourLove.com?
Yes. Whilst we are very careful not to over commercialize ShareYourLove.com our sponsors pay for donations so we are always willing to talk about unique opportunities to support our fundraising.
- How long does it take for my image to go through the moderation process?
We will be recruiting user moderators from all around the world so we anticipate image approval will be very quick. If you have concerns about the turnaround time for image approval please email us contact@shareyourlove.com
- How do I become a moderator?

- I would like to use some of the ShareYourLove.com images – is this allowed?
We encourage everyone to send ShareYourLove.com images to their friends and family – this is how the movement will grow. If however you would like to use our images for commercial use please contact us first contact@shareyourlove.com

How do I delete my account?
Go to your 'Profile' found on the top right of the screen. Then click 'Cancel Account'.

How do you work out which images go in each of the categories?
- Recent Greats – Images that have an average rating above 3.5 out of 5 and have been uploaded in the last 30 days.
- Featured – Hand picked images by the ShareYourLove Team. Great pictures and words that caught our eye.
- Everything – All the ShareYourLove images in order of when they were uploaded, newest to oldest.
- Top Rated for Today – Highest rated images today.
- Top Rated for All Time – The best of the best, voted by our community.
- Random – No rhyme or reason, just a bit of fun. Call it a lucky dip of all our images.
- Unrated – Images that you have not yet rated. Very important to check these out and rate.
